The lot undergoes a 96-hour natural anaerobic fermentation, enhancing depth, sweetness, and complexity while maintaining balance.

In the cup, rich plum sweetness takes the lead, layered with smooth vanilla and a subtle whiskey-like warmth. The finish is long and rounded, with a gentle fermented character that adds sophistication without overpowering the origin’s identity.
