Cultivated in the volcanic highlands of Karo and Bener Meriah in Gayo, Sumatra, this coffee is grown at elevations of 1,400–1,600 MASL, where cool temperatures and rich soil nurture an exceptionally aromatic and complex profile. Processed using a combination of co-fermentation washed and 24-hour aerobic fermentation wet-hulled methods, the lot unlocks intense floral aromatics and a delicate, bright sweetness while retaining a clean structure.

Light-medium roasted specifically for filter brewing, this lot opens with enchanting notes of osmanthus flower aroma. Juicy grape sweetness unfolds seamlessly alongside subtle hints of tropical guava, finished with a refreshing touch of citrus lime acidity that leaves a crisp, lingering impression.
