Sourced from Kubang Sari on Mount Tilu, this highland coffee is cultivated at 1,600 MASL, where cool temperatures and volcanic soils support slow cherry development and complex flavor formation. The lot features a honey process enhanced by nitrogen fermentation, a modern technique that promotes clarity, elevated sweetness, and vibrant aromatics.
Planted with a diverse mix of Lini S795, Kartika, and P88 varieties, this coffee delivers a refined and expressive cup. Muscat grape sweetness leads, followed by crisp pear and layered tropical fruit nuances. The mouthfeel is silky and rounded, with a clean, aromatic finish that highlights both innovation and terroir.
